IF Goodell could have handled the role of arbitrator in a reasonably fair and objective way even while being the head of the NFL, this probably wouldn't have become such an issue, but clearly he can't.

Judge Doty was right, Goodell doesn't understand what a CBA is about.

Again, as Judge Berman said in early meetings prior to his decision, the NFL has no direct evidence that Brady cheated. So, again: Show me the evidence of Brady's cheating.
