This is relevant to VT football, but I didn't know where to put it. FSU defensive end Brandon Jenkins is out for the year. He was an All ACC preseason selection so obviously they will miss him. Their D-line is the strength of their defense so that should benefit us at least a little bit.

I kind of doubt that Va Beach can support an NBA team long term. There is a strong possibility that the team would be less than average. However, if there is any major sport that they could support, NBA is their best shot.

Also, if they do play in Richmond for any amount of time, they'll need some upgrades there too. The RC was once a decent venue, but it's a dump right now. Hopefully it forces the city to renovate or demo it.
