I would imagine that working with Saban is a real pressure cooker, and unless you are performing at your best, he will be up in your shit real quick. But his perfectionism is what makes him, and his teams, so damn good every year.

LOL....what is it that Kiffin has that makes people continue to hire him? Outside of his tenure with PC during the Bush/Leinart years, he really has not accomplished much. Pissed off lots of people, though.

Kiffin is the front runner, probably meaning he's their first choice. Kiffin has been on the recruiting trail for Bama recently though, so I don't know if he's had time to interview or not. The NFL would be something of interest to Kiffin, especially back out West. If he leaves it will be because of that, not because he's being forced out or abandoning a sinking ship. Everybody likes Kiffin, hell he made Blake Sims a record breaking QB.
