Btw, the stats given aren't just arrests. It includes citations as well. So getting a speeding ticket gets you listed. In the case of Tennessee, 4 of them were arrests, the other 7 were just citations for underage drinking(10 of the 11 happened at once for a party busted).

what's factual about it? unless you can prove to me by going through each and every single arrest and show me personally.. where they were arrested and taken to jail ...
