You clearly have no clue how tough it is to win at Oregon St. This guy has been offered some of the highest profile jobs in cfb. He has turned down Alabama and USC (twice) just to name a couple. When programs like that are offering you their HC job, that's says a lot, imo.

Also, of all of the big time programs, he and Nebraska seem to be a perfect fit (which is probably why he took the job when he's turned down 'Bama and USC). He takes 3 star talent and coaches them up. Imagine what he'd do with the talent that Nebraska gets.

I've seen various Husker fans complain about talent not being developed under Pelini. Well, now you have a guy who actually does develop talent.

I know one thing for sure, you're quarterback play is about to get a lot better.

Checking other huskers boards, it seems to be about 50-50 on the fanbase.

I will not be attending a Nebraska game next year it looks like, the plan was to go to Minnesota, but I don't see any point to it right now. Of course, come August I will forget all this and be drinking the red koolaid.

He went 2-7 in the PAC 12 and technically finished in LAST place of the north division, and finished in 11th in the PAC 12.

What happened.

The opposite of losing JUST 4 games a year. With Riley, Nebraska is guaranteed to lose at LEAST four games each year. Plus, we will get losing seasons.

I am sure Eichorst's next move is to raise ticket prices.

This looks like Michigan all over.

Hire some crap coach from the West Coast, say a lot of spin talk, raise prices, screw around with the student fan base, complain about the student fan base, AD resigns.

Oh, the more I think about this, the worse it gets.

Riley's, OC John Garrett and his offense finished 5-7. This is the guy he just hired. Not impressed with his ability to judge good assistant coaches.
