I have to admit, I'd go back and forth on Calvin and Gordon...I would probably sit Calvin, but that's not an easy decision to make.

As for TE...hell, Wright's as good a crapshoot as any if you don't have one of the top 3 or 4...

Anyway, that's an interesting matchup...you guys should have a good battle, it might come down to Peyton/Brady.

Well the bears secondary is terrible too. And you know Calvin is going to figure it out sometime. If he was going against a revis, Sherman, or Peterson, I'd probably sit him, but he's going against Tim Jennings, who is tiny.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I'd still play Gordon if he was going to score more points than Thomas. I'm also not sure the kc secondary is much better than buffaloes without Eric berry.

I am locked into the 1 seed in my 14 team PPR league but very few people in the league trade, so the deadline came and passed without me being able to deal my depth. So I'll get a bye in the first round of the playoffs and then have to sit two of Calvin, Brown, Hilton, Gordon and Benjamin in the semifinal. Such a waste, but what can I do? You can't force people to make trades, and I didn't get even a single counter offer when offering my WR stable around the league. I shopped them all except Brown, I would have taken a loss on the trade just to get something I could at least use. Still nothing. So frustrating.

Why weren't you shopping Brown?

He is the only one who would have returned an RB1.

You have to trade the guy with the most value, not just the guys you want to trade.

Hey, thanks for pretty much the exact opposite of the advice you gave about this a month ago

Seriously though, there were salary and contract considerations as well. But it wouldn't have mattered, it's just a generally uninterested league, and the handful of owners that might trade were contenders that weren't going to do it with me. But I'm not sure if there's been even a single trade in this league all year

i say this is a total gut call......gordon came out big in week 1, claims it was the worst time of his life not playing........im buying, and im buying hes a top 3 receiver on a team with no one else..........

I might agree with you Steelers. Chiefs may have a very good defense (although Eric Berry is on IR now) and a great home crowd. The reason I might choose Gordon is because Buffalo has the 2nd ranked defense including top 3 passing defense. Also, is Hoyer going to have a better game than Manning, Roethlisberger, or Stafford. 3 of the top 5 QB's statistically right now.
