Why would they delay the case until after the season in which Jameis was a redshirt? He wasn't even playing. Look, I agree that TPD royally screwed that up, by not going for it right away, but we also have 2 sides telling 2 different stories as to why it took so long, so you and I do not know anything for sure.

Actually Fisher said that they were looking at it. The statement was made by the interim president and AD that he would be suspended. Fisher had a say, but the university made the announcement.
