If Lebron is hitting his jumpshot, the Spurs could be in trouble if they use the same philosophy of laying back and giving him that mid range shot

Spurs should of won last time, lets see if they can get it done this time.

Who covered LBJ last year?

"Should have" is an empty expression. Either you won or lose. They lost. I have nothing but respect for Pop, Duncan, Parker, etc. if we lose, I will not be super upset.

Hey no shame in losing to the Spurs.

Well should have won, meaning Spurs played better overall in that series and Miami hit a lucky 3 that changed everything. Not taking anything away from Miami but the best team doesn't always win in a series.

I just feel Spurs looked like the better team in that Series. Now they get another chance to beat them.

Heat win that would be impressive because 2 of their 3 championships would be against a good team like the spurs. Yes old but still very very good.

should be a fun Finals. Last year was a good one and this one should be a good one.

Predication: Spurs in 7(honest it can go either way)

No, the Spurs should not have won last year.

They missed free throws that could have won it. They missed rebounds that could have won it.

It was theirs for the taking. They didn't take it. The Heat made the plays needed to win that crucial Game 6.

Spurs didn't.

I agree but overall they played better. They usually hit those free throws and POP usually doesn't make a bad coaching decision, and R. ALlen hitting that shot.

Yep. Bottom line is, lucky or not, the Heat had to get those rebounds and hit some very tough shots to pull that one out.

As the late, great Chick Hearn used to say: "Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good and if you can be both, you've really got something." The Heat were definitely both.

If the media needs to focus on stuff like that for this series, then I fear for the NBA.

The NBA is fine, the media is just ridiculously stupid with an increasing rate.

As for bulletin board material, neither team will be giving any of it.

He should be spending all week on his 3p shot which has sucked for a while. If they make him a jump shooter, get the extra point.

Depends what LBJ shows up. Last year the 1st 3-4 games he didn't play well and then he heated up the last 3 games. Spurs need to feed TD more because Heat really don't have anyone to cover him.

It should be one heck of a Series.

And Bosh needs to watch tape of game 6 all night. He had a fantastic mixture of jumpers, 3's and pump fakes followed by drives. He needs to remember how much of a night mare he can be using his quickness to get to the hole.

Especially on an older, slower duncan. Put pressure on duncan to commit fouls or give up layups. Don't just settle for 26 footers all night chris!

Do you think Lebron's midrange improved enough that he will make the Spurs pay for sagging off of him???

Duncan did'nt make a guarantee. I think Spurs in 7 or maybe 6. When I watched the Spurs/Mavericks series which I think was SA's toughest opponent in this years playoffs I remembered when Dallas beat the Heat, granted Dallas is minus players from that Championship season, but watching the Dallas/Heat series exposed some weaknesses the Heat had and I think they still have.SA did dam good last year in the Finals but not good enough. This time around the Spurs will win the NBA Championship.

Sure would like to have a fountain of youth that David Robinson could drink from.

The Admiral on this team would have been awesome!

No it is beyond stupid to settle for 3's. To have him shooting 6 or 7 3's again is playing right into the Spurs hands

I hope they sag off Lebron again. As MarK Jackson says... There's a price to pay. The price for the Spurs sagging off Lebron last year was an NBA championship.
