I'm just shaking. That almost never happens with any 49ers pick and me. I'm stunned. Shocked. Now figure out a way to get Kendall Hunter more involved and I'm good for a while as long as they keep Hyde on the straight and narrow.

I still don't forgive Baalke for not taking Lacy last year, though.

James is pretty much gone but how are we going to find time for all? I am a bit confused.. You don't waste a 2nd round pick when trading up for someone who won't play... They must think Lattimore isn't going to work out

How is this not a need? This very well might be Gore's last season, Hunter is not a starter in this league, and Lattimore is a huge question mark. I'm not even counting LMJ cause I doubt he even makes the roster; with or without Hyde.

Makes sense but I just can't see them doing that to Gore.. That would be a dick move on the part of the organization.. Unless they have a trade partner for him maybe

He took Lattimore for a 4th round pick though. If Lattimore gets back to healthy, which after watching Peterson recover from a similar injury seems possible, we got the best RB in last years draft. Lattimore was a much better prospect than Lacy pre-injury.

I don't understand our obsession with RB's. Sure Hyde is a very good pick and I hold out hope that Lattimore will pan out to be a beast, but I just don't understand the pick here. They really must be picking the BPA and sticking to their board. All though the Jimmy Ward pick looked like a reach.
