Just b/c OU is notoriously known for being a prison bitch in bowl games, doesn't mean the other Big 12 teams will lose their bowl games. One thing Mack is excellent at is preparing his teams for bowl games. Rumor has it he's announcing his resignation on Tuesday, he's going to want to win that last bowl game. MIZZOU has no defense, so Okie jr should score at will. The only team that's going to get embarrassed and raped (as usual) will be the Sooners....

Too bad preparing teams for bowl games doesn't equate into better regular season successes for better bowl games.

I'm not sure why an undefeated, #3 ranked team beating us disproves my point about the B1G's bowl slate.

That TCU team played a team that went 4-4 in the Big 12 (TAMU's conference at the time).

No, I'm saying you can't compare what TCU did to an also ran (that was barely bowl eligible) to beating the Big 10 champion in the Rose Bowl.

The Big Ten's bowl record the last 10 years is 28-47. Hell, the Big XII has more Rose Bowl wins in the last decade than the Big 10 (3-2).

Amazing to see the arrogance from TX fans after losing 2 of the last 3 RRSO's by an average of 40 pts. This, in TX talk is just a loss. However when they eeek out a 16 pt margin of victory, after losing the previous 3 matchups, that is an ass-whooping. This weeekend OU played beyond their talent and upset OSU in Stoolwater....the same OSU that came to Austin and beat UT by 25 a couple weeks ago.

UT finishes the season with 4 losses, 2 of those to unranked teams. They finish with 8 reg season wins to OU's 10. In the B12, the conference that OU has won 8 times to UT's 3. OU once again goes to a BCS game. UT gets a bus drive down the road to San Antonio in the non BCS Alamo Bowl.

Sure, OU has had some bowl issues under Stoops. He has got 1 NC and played in 3 others. Won a few BCS bowls. Won a few others. Stoops has averaged 10-1/2 wins a season, but does have issues when the Bowl games are concerned. Is it better to get an invite to BCS bowls and lose, or be content winning the Sun, Alamo or Holiday Bowls? Dunno, but N'awlins here we come!
