Good bet. I would say at least half of my vcash has come from betting against the Nats lol

I think the best bets are usually on the O/U. Especially in baseball.

O/U is usually at either 6.5 (4-3 game) or 7.5 (5-3 game), and it usually just takes a quick look at the SPs to get an idea which way to bet on those.
