Sad to see Lee go, always liked him as a player. Hopefully he can get some more PT in memphis. Ahh well, good move by the Cs. Can't wait to see Rondo back on the court again(D-league or not)

I actually wonder if he plays in the D-League?

Jared Sullinger having a great game against the Warriors this afternoon.

Is that kid tough merely to block out or closer to impossible to block out?

Pretty sure it's near impossible due to the size he has in his hips

He knows how to make use of that size. That's probably more important than most fans realize.

Yeah Sully knows how to use his body very well. I think he's gonna have a long and great career in the NBA. Being 6'9, with his size, his ability to use his size, his rebounding, and being able to hit open jumpers with 3 point range. I'm very high on Sully.

Sully almost never fumbles the ball either. Ever notice that?

29,233,380 seconds = 338 days

This Friday will be 338 days since he had his surgery

People have been speculating he would return that day, perhaps he's confirming it!

So far Rondo looks rusty but it also appears he will eventually return to form. I want Kevin Love in Celtic green. We should send Sullinger and a first rounder to acquire his services. Word.

Minnesota fans are very high on Mr. Love, but the idea of trading Sullinger for him does not thrill me.

It's been a VERY LONG time since I was as high on any Celtics young player as I am on Sullinger.

Good question.

Offhand I would call Avery Bradley more expendable than Sullinger. 2d year guys who play in the paint as well as Sullinger are rarer than combo guards.

I'd agree. I like AB, but I think Sully is something special. I think he's one guy Danny wont trade unless it's an amazing offer. I think a decent offer would move Rondo or Green.

If Boston wants Love I think for Minnesota it makes sense to obtain many picks, one good low cost player and expiring contracts.

The question is who is the low cost player.....................i would say Kelly O ??

Sullinger is a starting 4 in this league. Kevin Love is a superstar starting 4 in this league. Do you think Sullinger wants to spend his whole career as a backup? Minnesota has to be interested in the deal also. I doubt they would want Bradley or Olynyk and picks for Love but if they get Sully and a 1st round picke they get a middle class man's Love plus a chance to undo the Derrick Williams debacle. Word.

well there is no question that a guy like Love could certainly be a step up over sully. I do wonder how much that is worth as your rebuilding. I kind of feel it only makes sense if you have Rondo signed long term and you have kept enough draft picks to obtain an excellent third piece on the wing.

Interesting situation

I would package both Sullinger and Jeff Green for Love. AND throw in a pick to boot. Love is bigtime. Love and Rondo will be our two max guys and then whoever we get with our first pick in this year's draft will be our #3 guy and get paid on the rookie scale for a few years. Word.
