I think he, like a lot of other players will in the future, are just letting the league know that they had a few concussions during their days but it's not affecting them now, however if it does later on, the league will know and they'll be compensated

Marcell Dareus may be the thickest skulled played in the NFL right now.

All of this since December of last year:
1) Late again for a team meeting so the coach benches him for the 1st quarter of their week 16 game.
2) Shows up late to a team meeting THE NEXT DAY and gets benched for the 1st half of week 17 game.
3) Gets arrested in Alabama on felony drug charges
4) Gets arrested in a Buffalo suburb less than 3 hours after the end of Bills minicamp for drag racing on a busy street in the middle of the afternoon, resulting in him crashing his car. Proceeds to leave the scene of the accident.
