Who was it? With the name I thought it was a goof, and I hoped it was, but I didnt know who it was.

BTW the Canadiens use their victory in the bank for Sunday's game. See you Tuesday!

The fact that anyone fell for this is a pretty good troll.

These two posts were particularly hilarious in playing along...

Why not give out immunity idols during various games in the regular season? That way one of your playoff losses would be wiped away and a rematch would be in order.

The schedule makers (or their computers) will randomly chose one game on a team's schedule - that team win that game (doesn't matter in regulation, ot, or shootout), it gets an immunity idol for the playoffs.

If a team wins its immunity game, and makes the playoffs, it would be able to presumably use it when they get eliminated and get a rematch in the following day or two.

How about tag team playoffs. Every team gets to partner with a team not in the playoffs. We create a second set of benches and the captians or assist. Caps can tag their partners for a line change. It would mean teams like the CBJ would still be in the playoffs as a partner team. # 1 teams would get first pick. Teams that have been eliminated would not tank because they would want ro be picked by a high seeded team

Would these carry over? Lets say you have a really good team and never use the "VITB". Could you carry it over and concievably have two "VITB"s to use the following season?

Would you have to forfeit your accumulated VITBs if you miss the playoffs one year?

Or maybe you could use them to jump ahead of the 8th place team and get into the playoffs?

If you accumulate 16 of them can you just trade them in for the Cup?

Can two teams apply theirs to the same game thereby jumping straight to game 3 of a series, or would they cancel each other out and form them to play the game?

SO MANY QUESTIONS
