I liken it to Andy Reid in Philly. I think both parties benefited from the change when Reid went to KC. Andy has 2 rings and the Eagles got one. I can see the same thing happening with Tomlin and the Steelers. It seems like it has just gotten stale. Can he break out of this almost good enough rut? Does parting ways with Tomlin fix the issue itself or is front office and/or personnel an issue? You guys know your team better than I do.

I don't think Pittsburgh really operates like Philly would. For better or for worse.

But he would be in a few markets for sure. I guess I just wonder if he ever figures it out at QB? He inherited Ben.
