Of the Rangers fans that I have come across on social media and on here, I think I actually wanted the Rangers to do less than about 95% of fans wanted them to do. I didn't ask for a great or even a good starting pitcher. I didn't need a bat to plug into the starting lineup. I simply wanted three relief pitchers (down from the five I wanted before the postseason exposed the greatness of Leclerc and Sborz). I did want the best reliever we got to be Hader. I do think they need a few other things, but nothing major.

Even my meager requests have yet to be fulfilled. I can't imagine how those who wanted much more than me, are feeling now.

I am about to give up hope that we will get a frontline closer.

This is going to be the same thing Cuban did with the Mavericks after winning a championship though this is due to the issue of being unsure of funds due to the tv deal not paying what it was supposed too and no other deal in place.

The Dodgers are making a strong case for MLB needing some parameters on spending and some sort of salary cap. It will be. problem if these types of things are allowed to take place
