If the catcher makes contact with a batter during his swing, it’s catcher interference. Batter gets first base.
MLB not doing anything to Ozuna or anyone else with a long follow through should be a clear message to catchers. Back up.

My question is a true question out of curiosity. I am not a big Baseball fan so I dont know the ends & outs of these rules.That's what I assumed too and he's wrong.
