Honestly this feels all too reminiscent of the loss to Baltimore earlier this season when Hodges came in and breathed new life into the offense... They didn't really give Hodges very many opportunities to throw long against the Chargers the following week and dialed up everything near the LOS.

Basically what I'm saying is Im' going to expect a run-heavy, "play it safe" offense next week.

Yep totally agree and for some reason when Hodges is in, their running game is better.

Has a lot to do with gameflow. From what I recall they didn't really get things moving with the run game against the Chargers until the 2nd half. Much like today. By that time I think the offense & defense has done enough to suck the life outta their opposition.

But it did take some great defensive momentum swings to get them there against LAC IIRC.

Mason does a better job of breathing life into the opposition

Jets in Cincy next week then home to Miami the following week.

Solid chance they're 6-7 after those 2 and still in the fight with 3 games left.

Raiders, Steelers, and Colts are tied for the final WC at 6-5 currently.

Next 2 games for those teams look like this.

Raiders- AT KC VS TEN (Best case is 7-6 IMO)
Steelers- VS CLE AT ARI (Best case is 7-6 also. Can drop both games)
Colts- VS TEN AT TB (They can win both of these)
