Every time a cop is found to have incidents and is not fired it's his boss who gets the blame for keeping him.
Every time an elected official has someone on their staff who does something illegal or shady the official gets some of the blame. Pretty much everyone agrees Smith is a POS so why shouldn't Urban his boss who knew about prior incidents be held accountable for someone he hired and brought with him who he knew had these kind of accusations in the past? I can see if Smith got popped for counterfeiting money out of the blue. You can't say Urban should have seen this coming. She had a restraining order granted in 2015 and a personal protection order issued by the court in 2017. The PPO was granted because the court deemed she was in ‘clear and imminent danger’ and he was ordered to stay 500 feet away.

Have you figured out why people continue to go at you about this? It isn’t that they hate OSU and it isn’t that they don’t like you. You're going to have to clarify a few of your pronouns for me to answer whatever the hell your question was. But let me take a stab at two possible interpretations.

1) I have no idea what information the panel is looking at or excluding in the current Urban Meyer/Zach Smith investigation. However, I did suggest they examine emails.

2) There was clearly no examination of Jim Tressel's emails in 2010 before the suspension of five players was announced following tatoogate. In that case, the incriminating emails between Tressel and former Buckeye player Cicero happened in April/June 2010. The 11-day investigation wrapped up around December 22 (wouldn't want it to intrude on the Bowl game, after all). The emails were then discovered in the middle of January, indicating that his paperwork filed with the NCAA saying he had reported all possible violations was a complete lie.

Perhaps had they done their due diligence and investigated properly, rather than trying to get it done so as to minimize impact on actual games, they might not have ended up looking so stupid and incompetent.

But hey - why learn from the past?

You are the one that went there, not me dipstick. This isn't a case about someone's father, or mother, or whatever else you so desperately want to make it out to be. This case is about what those that worked at OSU knew about, when they knew it, what their responsibility is with that knowledge, and ultimately what they did or didn't do. No one gives a shit what you would do about it jackass. Like at all. I mean no shit if any of us knew about shit with our kids we would do something.
