No shock there at all. AT&T can sit back and wait for the network to keep falling in rating and value. If the Pac gets desperate enough to sell out their communications rights along with network access via DirecTV they will be there to take advantage of it.

Nothing new will happen with that until such time as that much desperation is at hand.
