Other than the need for proof and such. All we have is a picture that he's not in and some accusations. He was training out of state at the time reportedly. Now, he may have had someone else do this for him, or someone may have done this to try to get his stuff back and get in Shady's good graces, but there is a lot of information yet to be found before this even becomes charges, let alone prison time.

Yea, there is basically 2 types of eviction.

Not paying rent. You will get them out but could take 6 months.

Paying rent. From what i understand its real hard to get a judge to sign an eviction order if they are still paying rent.

If a renter pays rent and the landlord accepts the check and cashes it, they have a de facto lease/agreeement and the terms of the expired lease (if there was one) stay in effect

And there is also cases where an agreement is made verbally and witnessed. If that is the case a person has to follow the eviction process. I live in Texas and laws a different here and it does not seem to take as long as some places. I have seen some states where it take quite a long time to get a person out of a rental home up if not more than a year if all legal processes are followed.

All states have different laws on evictions/squatting, but normally it is easier to evict someone that was paying rent than someone that was just living there for a certain amount of time without having to pay rent.

This was one of my first posts on it, right when you started to piss your pants that people were thinking he could be guilty. It looks very likely that he had some kind of role in this based on the huge coincidences and his history both with this woman and with violence in general. He might be innocent here, and with his money, he might be able to bury it and buy her off if he's guilty. That would be an odd thing to do- I would automatically assign extra credibility to it however. The allegations and photo are enough to take the matter seriously, wherever that leads. The photo will get someone in a whole lot of trouble one way or another. That photo compels an arrest.

That mostly where my skepticism of him not having any involvement stems from. Although, never suspended or anything, he's had some run ins.

Apparently, he's been trying and is still ongoing from my understanding to have her evicted from the property. Having some base knowledge on this as a real estate licensee ...it's far easier to foreclose on a homeowner than it is to evict a tenant in the state of GA.

If nothing else, we can determine that they were probably not on good terms.

Yep. Whatever happened needs to come to light. The information we have now is enough to act on and take seriously one way or another. The number of false accusations isn't very high, but they exist so I won't condemn or deny at this point.

1) She could have avoided all of this by just moving out of the house like she was supposed to.

2) Chasing degenerate athletes around to leech off them. Marcus Vick, lesean mccoy, who else, who knows? The type of woman that would be with mccoy knowing all of his past, is what type of women?
