The Q
Hoop’s Villain, Reality’s Hero
Yeah he’s still a bit out of shape. That’s why his hip was sore
I suggested this exact trade a while ago. Hire me as a GM, asap.
Does anyone else find it strange that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander hasn't done a single draft workout?
Wtf is that all about?
I'm surprised Theo pinson isn't getting drafted on any draft boards in the 2nd rd. He won't be a superstar but seems like a great role player coming off the bench.
Jerome Robinson looks like he's been given a green room invitation. I'm starting to think he might be a guy who ends up going in the late teens. Heard he could be a high riser because he'd show well in work outs.
Hopefully someone of quality slips to the Warriors. If not, I'm going back to my original guy, Shake Milton.
I'll be interested in seeing where Keita Bates-Diop & Brandon McCoy end up.
I honestly have trust issues with KBD. Its hard to trust a guy who's been an average player for 3 years in college, not even on draft radars, then all of a sudden has a huge breakout senior year. It's possible that everything clicked for him, but I have my reservations.
These were his numbers from his junior year:
9.7 PPG
5.2 RPG
1.3 APG
1.3 BPG
0.2 SPG
50% FG
20% 3PT
Then these were his numbers last year as a Senior:
19.8 PPG
8.7 RPG
1.6 APG
1.6 BPG
0.9 SPG
48% FG
36% 3PT
I thought KBD got better each year @ Ohio State. His jr. year he only played in 9 games due to injury.
Yeah, I'm sure you've seen a lot more of him than I have, which for me is about 80-90% youtube videos and a couple games here and there.
For me his measurables jump off the chart, but when I watch him play, IMO, he seems like he's a bit heavy footed. Am I just looking at the wrong videos of him? Do you think he's a 3 or more of a stretch 4 type?
Just looked on nbadraft.net and they have Jerome Robinson jumped all the way up to 18 to the Spurs. Holy hell that would be a huge jump from where he was considered going a few weeks ago.
Has Gary Trent Jr. mocked at 28th to the Warriors. Wouldn't be mad at that.
He's 6-7 & 236. I see him as a 3. Maybe a 2 @ times in the right system if he has a reliable outside shot. I've never been good @ guessing what college players are gonna do @ the next level. I've seen plenty that I thought were gonna be good (Pervis Ellison/Danny Ferry) & plenty that I thought would struggle in the NBA (Mark Price/Steph).
I though Evan Turner was going to be amazing and at the time would have taken him over John Wall. But in my defense though I also thought that Boogie was the #2 and Wall was #3. So at least I knew Cousins was going to be good, lol.
