Yesterday the staff at my job was extremely short staffed. Had very little time to do anything but work.

Today was good but not my fault i wasn't on the clock still i was out of work and on the streets of Manhattan

Think the way the A league runs their slow drafts works fine, the B league slow draft is more like the slow draft from hell. No flow what so ever. Got the late risers/ late up at one end and the early to bed / early to rise at the other. We can never make to the early to bed guys, so they make there pick way early in the am then we got wait for the late risers, rinse and repeat. We suck at this slow draft.

The last two day have been slow, but before that we were averaging just under 2 rounds per day, while the A league averages just over 2 rounds per day. we are still looking at about a 10 day draft, whereas when I first started doing this with y'all they would take about 2 weeks. So we are actually doing fine. We have picked up the pace quite a bit over the years, and A league has just countered that by picking it up a little bit more.

Now I started today by messing with Ritz and it ended up being a big part of the slow down today, for that I will apologize. I overslept and then was not prepared to be on the clock when I woke up.

Maybe, but I do think some use it to procrastinate when it isn’t necessary at all. Bottom line is nobody like waiting. That’s why we avoid rush hour traffic, popular shopping malls, stores with shitty service and long lines where ever they are. This is just a game we do for entertainment, waiting and waiting really takes the fun out of it. In order to make it fun a flow needs to be maintained or it is no longer fun, but instead a source of frustration.

Gotta say, I'm one of the offenders and I can't really help it, I'm in a crazy time right now. But I'm trying, and it was cool of Harold to not only text me but give y'all my pick.

Really sucks getting home and having to wade through 90+ bullshit posts on a thread that's just 'sposed to be for the draft, tho.
