I think you are forgetting the 12th overall pick that was at least a small part of that deal. I doubt Tampa takes 2 2nds for #7 overall.Bills traded up to 7 for a QB for 2 seconds. Browns could've done that instead as their seconds were better . Could've had Barkley, Chubb and Rosen. Think about that. If only they'd had the balls to take Barkley at 1 they'd have the best first round in recent history. Maybe ever .
I hate you
This thread is going to look really dumb in a couple of years when Mayfield is a great QB.
Man, people are really struggling with the big 12 label...
Understandable triggering- but equally derpy; well I don't like Darnold that much but the USC part should have nothing to do with it.Jets fans struggling with the USC QB label this morning
The Bills could have picked Mahomes, Watson, Rosen, or Jackson; 3 of which they wouldn't have had to trade picks for.I feel like some folks just want to complain about the Browns picks because it is always so easy.
Baker Mayfield may be a complete dud. He may also be Drew Brees 2.0. No one here knows either way. But he is sure as shit no bigger a risk than any of the other QBs and if anyone thinks that the Browns could pass on a QB, AGAIN, then they are delusional.
Personally I absolutely love Mayfield's intangibles. Became an immediate walk on starter on not 1 but 2 FBS schools. Broke records as a junior. And then broke those records as a senior.
The Bills are going to be the team that looks back with regret at who they selected.

They do- but until it's their guy. Which... yeah, that's a certain level of weird I am not going to deal with right now.Penn State running backs haven't exactly have an illustrious history in the NFL if people believe in superstitious nonsense like that.

Gonna be really funny if they get Harold Landry and Guice.Browns doing fine, b. Quit yo bitching. Crying over picking Denzel Ward is the ultimate draft version of crying over spilled milk. If anyone, it's Giants fans who should be apoplectic
