The guy got arrested for public intoxication & disturbing the peace. Manziel was a drug addict who had the maturity level of a 14-year old.

It's also come out recently that Manziel is bi-polar. And he is now taking medication for it.

Mayfield was arrested for public intoxication and he also grabbed his crotch and made gestures to the Kansas sideline.....he's shown he also has a lack of maturity.
