And Kentucky's starting RB was thrown out of the game on a BS penalty, I think he was like #2 in the SEC for rushing yards or something.

And RANKED Northwestern still only won by 1 pt.

Meanwhile, Michigan lost to South Carolina.

The Big10's bowl results are just bloated because you didn't send a team to the playoff, which bumped your teams into more favorable games - and you played a bunch of Pac12 teams on top of them, as half your bowl games were Pac12.

Against the SEC, the Big10 managed only the 1 point win and lost the other game - all the while the SEC sent 2 teams to the playoffs.

I like how you conveniently leave out that NWs QB blew out his knee fairly early in the game and NW had to play their senior backup who had attempted like 13 passes his whole career up to that point.

Yeah, but pushed around by troy. Didn't get back into the top 25 until conference play. What does that tell you? If they finished on a tear proving they righted the ship, that'd be one thing, but they just lost to notre dame. I just don't completely buy into the "stars" a team gets for their recruits until they prove it on the field.

Northwestern's is .448

so technically NW is worse all time. It's not like Penn State or Wisconsin only beat Kentucky by 1 its friggin Northwestern.

That's not how SoS metrics work.

It tells me you are focusing on specific games and applying more weight to it than others in order to meet your own biased agenda.

And that is why I rely on formulas instead.
