With Dobbins and Rojo i'm guessing the second levels of the defenses could be busy too.These are too very balanced teams.No clue what direction this game goes.

I think it will be decided by the d-lines. Neither Darnold nor Barrett are accomplished pocket passers. Whichever d-line does the better job of not allowing the opposing qb out of the pocket will win.

Won't even be as much about pressure or sacks as it will be just containing them in the pocket.

I agree both are much better QBs outside the pocket imo

What scares me is the Trojans passing attack, 19th in the country. Besides Denzel Ward's man, Sam Darnold should have some good matchups. TE Tyler Petite has 22 receptions, not sure if he is a receiving threat but we've struggled against TE's.

Which means we need to put a ton of pressure w our front 4 on Darnold. USC hasn't faced a defensive line likeours. Curious how they gameplan?

haven't heard that. I expected Tee to leave for Tenn sometime but if you were getting your first head coaching job would you hire a guy whos been rumored to get that job some where down the line? Some one with history there? I think Tee stays at USC for now. Hope he gets better . This season he wasn't impressive to me.

I'm hoping that with his brother leaving, Helton will make a couple of assignment changes. He had Tyson working with QB's and Tee Martin has been working with the wide receivers.

I'd like to see Martin working with the QB's and Keary Colbert (former USC wide receiver) who is already on staff, working with the wide receivers.

I'd also like to see Martin calling all of the plays. This year it was kind of a collaboration between Tee, Clay and Tyson.
