Under the false pretense that the kids were recruited under, I would be surprised if the NCAA made Shea sit out a year.

He's visiting on the 9th but I don't think there's any chance of it happening unless his appeal against the NCAA eligibility rules actually goes through and he's eligible this year. There's no way he comes here if he has to sit out a year.

now that we've lost Speight, depth at the position is once again a concern. So more QB's on the roster is good.

While I agree you can never have too much depth at QB, lets remember that the McCaferty kid will be eligible next season to compete with Peters. If Speight is the starting QB I will concede the whole season

I'm sure we'll be fine with these guys but if we can get the #1 QB from the 2016 class, I'm going to take that. What you're suggesting would be like saying, no I don't really want Donovan People's Jones.
