As a fan I have want to hope but if we are being honest the Eagles have to be at a minimum the best team in the NFC. That beating they put on the best defense in the NFL was impressive.

It's the first week in November. While the Eagles appear to be the team to beat in the NFC, there is a whole lot of football to be played between now and January. When you get a playoff birth, then you start thinking about bigger things, but lots of crazy stuff can happen in Nov and Dec.

Right now, the Eagles are looking like all that...but it's very early...

I certainly am not calling Superbowl. Too early to start buying tickets. Anything can happen in the playoffs. Being the best in the NFL means absolutely nothing in the playoffs you only have to ask the 2016 Cowboys. Going into the season I did not even think the Eagles were going to win the division let alone be contenders. However after watching them this year give a tough Chiefs team all it can handle on the road and then dismantling of the Broncos defense I can honestly say there is not a team in the NFL the Eagles can't beat........actually doing it though is no guarantee.

3 road games against Dallas, Seattle, and LA Rams. Go 2-1 in those 3 games will tell me a lot.

Eagles sure look like a huge favorite in the NFC right now. Let's wait and see if they put the pedal to the floor or choke it away

It is still early but they do look great so far. Remember to enjoy the ride though, because chances are the last game of their season will be very disappointing. I wasn't old enough to see the Flyers win back to back cups in the 70's but have followed the Flyers and Eagles for about 40 years. I don't know exactly how many times those 2 teams have lost either in the Super Bowl/Stanley cup finals or the series to get into those games but I can ballpark it at about 12-15 (?). And the number of times those teams were in the playoffs and didn't win has got to be around 45-50. So as good as they have looked it is still a big challenge................then again....maybe we're Due!
Fuck it, I'm all in dammit---Go Eagles!!!!!!

Week in and week out I watch them to see a possible weak spot, and there isn't anything to point and say," oh hell that's a problem and will cost them in the playoffs!"
