I believe he'd be the second QB over 40 to throw for over 4,000 yards. Brett Favre I think was the first, but he was 39 for a few weeks with Minnesota given his birthday is in October. Brady started the season over 40 so TECHNICALLY he's older.

Still pretty impressive. If he goes over 4,200 or so he'll be the oldest QB with the most yards in a season. I'd take the over he pulls that off.

Going over 5,000 would be crazy though... given his crappy defense he'll probably be on average throwing a lot in games so definitely possible. (yes I know they played good last night, but NE still has one of the worst across all their games).
