Cal just might be the most improved team in the Pac this year though. USC is probably overrated for how they have been playing, but Cal is very much underrated.

Darnold is sitting at about his season avgs so far....qb rating is a little lower than season avg at the moment.

I wouldn't say that. SC is missing their most dangerous weapon on offense. Not sure why everyone is fixated in Darnold. When Rojo has clearly been the best player on the offense this season.

This is what I was most worried about coming into the season. Injuries have piled up fast. No time to recover. And it's very noticable.

Yes. Stanford and then Texas. They beat both, but left that Texas game pretty beat up. Bunch of players didn't finish the game.

Agreed however it will be interesting if other teams fall in rankings that struggle to close wins against lesser teams or if thats just reserved for SC. Example should the number 2 team be beating a team by more than 7 points at home in 3rd qtr?
