do they still play college football in California?

I assumed after Reggie Bush left USC they just ended their football program.

21 in a row!!!!

get pumped! Go TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!

Ole Terry Francona is just a GREAT manager. fun team to watch. Lindor is a legit superstar. Miller comes back today!

116 years of the American League and no one has a longer streak.

Cool to see LeBron repping the home town team and getting excited about sports success in The Land. ;)

I saw your Heat took another step to making sure they dont have any cap room for the foresseable future though!

I hope the Tribe wins it all!!!

I grew up a Tribe fan, don't really follow baseball much any more, but never switched to the Marlins or any other team, unlike James who is a Yankee fan until the Indians go on a win streak and now seem to be the team to beat.

As far as Richardson, another solid piece to have for that price considering all of the much worse players who got more.

Heat has SEVERAL tradeable assets IF needed, or they are fine as is.

I really hope LeBron returns to Miami. He could team up w/ Whiteside & w/ the leadership of Pat Riley they could do something special together. Plus it would be entertaining to see a certain Cavs fan go completely :exploding:over that trio working together.

LOL Moron, clearly you don't know the business of basketball. Miami is cap-strapped and won't have any cap space to sign anyone of significance within the next three years.

And if rumors are true that they're working on a 4 year extension worth $42 million for Josh Richardson, a bloated payroll just got even more bloated... @WiggyRuss should have a field day with this one.

While what you say is true, how you say it is utterly wrong.

You don't launch into a personal attack in your first response. THIS is the main reason why you don't get along with very many people here. Say he is wrong. Call him on it. Don't call him a moron in your very first reply.

And did he not have it coming? I've had it all along that he's a Heat apologist looking to rile up Cavs fans and other midwestern folks...

Doubtful.

@Wamu is a funny guy. Most of his posts on here are jokes. I have never once seen him get into it with anybody. Not once. So, no, he didn't deserve that.

Yeah......sucks that teams are stuck with players that are under contract and can't trade them.

Funny to see that us Miami fans get the moniker of being a fickle fanbase, bandwagon, etc...

Here's Cleveland prodigal son sucking at the very tit of the Indians now that they're the hot thing currently in baseball. Dude was sporting the Yankees when they were at their prime and to this day is a devout Cowboys fan to where I'm convinced he has a Jerry Jones tattoo on his ass. You don't see the attention whoring cvnt paying any mind to the Browns though. I would've rather watched amputee-midget p0rn than watch that video again.

a. the Heat have the worst collection of draft assets in the NBA- nothing to attach to contracts to entice teams to take anyone

b. its not like anyone is signed to a "steal" contract like a Jae Crowder that another team would actually covet

c. most of the cap room in the NBA is drying up with the cap flattening out. Its going to be hard to find teams to take on substantial money

d. the Heat would have to move multiple guys to open up serious cap room unless it was a whiteside or dragic

e. tyler johnson is going to jump to 19M a year - thats atrocious

the Heat are getting to be a very expensive, very mediocre team- with no kind of draft capital to trade, and tons of mediocre players on long term market/above market contracts.

Heat did fine in the 2nd half of the season. I'm willing to ride with the roster and see what they got and see if the chemistry gets better. TJ is not a valuable contract, but he's no Mozgov either; especially in a guard/forward dominated league.

You act like $12 mil per year for a player like Richardson is garbage, I say different. Better than giving Shump $10 mil per and TT $85 mil over 5.
