I had the last pick in the draft. I didn't see anybody there that I liked to go with Pryor. I could have taken Crabtree, but he's just a possession and redzone. I certainly was not gonna take overrated Davontae Adams or Alshon Jeffery. I would take Jeffery now but this draft was the first week of August when there was no plan in sight to trade Matthews. That's why drafts should not be that early. Ty Hill? As I said he won't repeat. It's the way the NFL is today. There were slim options there at 36. Also, at that time I had not decided on Allen. My recent draft showed I took that chance.

I do have seven RBs and people will be hungry for one of them once the season starts.
Not in this league, we'll just wait for you to drop them, we know you'll have to at some point. Also some definitely won't even be picked off waivers. Andre Williams for example....are you kidding me? I'm in a 16 team league, with really deep rosters and he's not on anyone's roster. Right now J. Roders might appeal to the Martin owner, but probably not, because said owner doesn't need Martin to start, just be depth once byes and injuries happen. Forte has some value now, but a injury or poor play could kill that in no time and who needs a RB right off the bat? Right now your carrying all the risk on these marginal RBs.

My receivers are fine. I don't need all of my receivers to score 11+ a week when RBs will combine for 40-60 per week. Add the kickers I stream and defenses and I'm hoping 15 from that. There's 55-75. The TE and WRs need to combine for 20, there is 75-95. That is all before the QB's points, which I hope to get 20 from each week. Now it is 95-115.

I will not drop those backs. You want to lose and wait that's you.

Not really, I would have still gotten my share of Gordon, Murray, Gurley, and Fournette. Maybe you get Lynch in third round, I would have just gone for Cook.

And if Rodgers was not there I would have taken a QB. If Forte was not there, TE.

He's obviously got it all figured out. Not even sure why we bothered. Like he said, our only hope is if his starters get into a fiery car accident and die. Even then, his backups will most likely destroy us in their sleep

I'm projected to lose a close one week 1, but Novak is not gonna score 7 points week 1 against the jaguars and I may actually start Rodgers week 1 in that tasty Miami matchup over Riddick.

So what's your point? You get a RB round 1, you get say Gordon. I would have taken Murray and Gurley with back to back picks. You would not have affected me at all.

Dude look at my roster! Does it look like I'm hurting for RBs to you? I should be fine. I don't give a fudge what you do with your marginal RBs to be honest. I was just pointing out the foolishness of loading up with depth at a position your strong at with your starters vs loading up depth at a position that you took some chances with high risk/ high reward types.
Instead of getting defensive, try to see if what I say makes sense. Forget that I'm talking about " your team", try to be objective.

You don't think I was trying to get WRs in those rounds when I took Forte and Rodgers? There were none I liked. None with any better upside than what I drafted. Maybe DJac, but I saw what I saw when he played with Maclin.

OK, so your saying you see my point and you would done what I suggested, but you didn't like the WR pool? Progress.

The only RBs I drop is who ends up not retaining their jobs. I'll know by week 4 who is gonna get enough carries to be fantasy relevant. If Martin outruns Rodgers week 4(which is a tall order against the giants), then Rodgers has no value then. If Powell has cut that much into Forte's value(unless Forte gets traded), then Forte will be useless. Williams is clearly a handcuff to Gordon because Oliver sucks.

As for my receivers, go look at Bryant's game logs from 2014-2015. Also Ginn JR is going to be most effective in games Brees airs it out. That's going to be week 2 vs NE, week 4 vs Miami, week 6 vs Det, week 8 vs Chicago, week 9 vs Washington(Norman will be on Thomas often), week 13 vs Carolina. He's actually got the second best value at WR on the saints. Willie Snead is not a deep threat nor a top redzone option. How do I know? Because Cooks was not a redzone target as much as people think last year. He was used as a big play threat.

The giants didn't sign Marshall for nothing. Otherwise they would have kept Cruz. And then there's Pryor, but let's base everything off of vanilla schemes in preseason.
Damn..............I think Imma just quit cuz I sure as hell do not have a chance against tBrees.................I just hop I can only lose by 150 points to tBrees.............that would make me feel worthy.

Jeepers! I drafted 7 freaking RB's of which I can freely admit 2 will prolly be garbage by week 5-6 and I knew that when I drafted them. DJ, McCaffrey and Gilly I feel pretty damn good about. Chances are either Lacey or Rawls will be good, took a chance on Hill just in case Mixon falters and Lewis because Pats..........I know my WR's aren't the best bunch but I don't feel like they suck big floppy donkey dick either. But it doesn't matter cuz...........

Week 1: David Johnson scores 100 points. Rest of team: 50.
Week 2: See week 1
Week 3: Down week for Johnson. Scores 97. Rest of team. 60.
Week 4: See week 1

Yeah think you got off track drafting Sam. Sometimes that happens. Last year in the Barbarian league, I hated my draft and immediately started scouring rosters for trades.
