Hoo·sier(and what the fuck is a Hoosier anyway?)
Shock and Awe. We'll bomb Indiana for 60+ to scare the Sooners. After beating Oklahoma in their own barn they will fold like lawn chairs in the Shoe. Will Kevin Wilson open up his playbook for Indiana and let Oklahoma know what he's going to do???
Or does he keep it plain vanilla and work out the problems when Oklahoma gets to town.
I'm pretty sure we know what Wilson is going to do so it's not like it's going to be some big surprise.
I'm not getting why people think that Indiana will keep it close or give Ohio State a good game.
Indiana just fired the best coach they ever had. He's gone. He's not there. It's not the same program it was last year.
Do people not know that Kevin Wilson is the Offensive Coordinator at Ohio State now????
You know, the guy that knows more about the Indiana players and their capabilities than the current coaching staff??
Hoo·sier
ˈho͞oZHər/
noun
NORTH AMERICAN
noun: Hoosier; plural noun: Hoosiers
Origin
- a native or inhabitant of Indiana.
early 19th century: of unknown origin.
No problemNever bothered looking up the true meaning. Thanks for the info though.
Ohio State is so worried about the Oklahoma game that they schedule this game on scrub night so they have 10 days to prepare. They'll need it trying to break in new offensive alignments.
Indiana has a pretty good defense, but I'm really not seeing how they'll keep pace. Indiana could make it competitive, but I really don't see how they pull the upset.
I mean, not by B1G standards. Put them in the Big 12, and it's a different story...LOL, no they don't.....

Very true. I've seen them listed as one of the 25 best defenses in the country this season, but I don't know if they'll play up to that given the (expected) limitations on offense with Wilson now gone. From an efficiency standpoint IU and Texas were practically even last year in terms of defense. IU would have been the 4th best defense in the Big 12 last year. They were 8th in the B1G. Defense wasn't the reason IU struggled last year. They were terrible on offense and special teams last year. Last year was the best defense IU had under Wilson, and it wasn't even really close.
