How stupid does he think we are? There is no way a Kombucha tea is going to register that high.

During prohibition, people legally drank (and got drunk) off malted milk, it was typically .5% alcohol, similar to some kombucha. If you are an alcoholic, stay away from kombucha. Some kombucha is as high as 1% or more.

A Scottsdale judge found Vikings WR Michael Floyd in violation of the terms of his house arrest for by testing positive for alcohol, which he claimed was the result of drinking too much kombucha. Floyd was sentenced to one day in jail and has to finish the last five days of his house arrest. Floyd can serve the rest of his sentence in Arizona.
