AA is surely sitting in his office in pleasant shock that the team is for once during his tenure remotely relevant. He probably considers their current 4th place status being only a few games out of first the equivalent of winning the WS. But to make the playoffs, we all know this roster isn't going to do it.
The rotation is a joke. They have TWO pitchers worthy of being on a MLB team: Buehrle and Estrada.
Dickey - Love R.A, but he's been atrocious this year. He's the one guy that doesn't get run support, but he's still be really bad.
Hutchinson - He has to be the worst 8-2 pitcher in MLB History. He has to be getting the most run support in the league. If he had the Seattle offense behind him he'd be 2-12.
Boyd - He was their last #5 and he's been exclusively awful. He actually gave up 7 runs last start without recording an out.
They need to pull the trigger if they can on Hamels. Rumors were he'd consider waiving his NTC to come to Toronto a little while ago. Any other pitchers you think they should target??
