I haven't seen any animosity towards the movie but I do generally see the right as a cult and the left as a zoo which makes this movie an easy reference point.

I just didn't like the animation style or the jokes. I think it generally turned people into stereotypes like the protagonists bumpkin family.

It's funny that they went so far over the top with their liberal utopian fantasies that the youngest generation is rejecting all of it as completely phony. They are hilariously racist and I'm getting some great new jokes from them.

You need a hobby that involves something other than desperately hunting for reasons to be offended.
