Yes it may be that Zimmer is telling to Owners and GM that the teams he has interviewed with that their teams have a lot of issues and will get worse before they get better.

This just shows what a great coach Zimmer is going to be. He will whip their defense into shape, and he will get out of the way and let Norv take care of scoring the points.
