The post I'm probably proudest of was my attempt to find the strength of the correlation between total points and player salaries, excluding entry-level guys. It wasn't as robust as I'd hoped, but I put a lot of work into it.

As for posts by others, I'm always very fond of the pun threads, and the old days when we did Family Feud were super fun. And everything out of the Gorton's Fisherman's mouth (fingers).

I have to give an hono(u)rable mention to @elocomotive for this gem, discussing an article that paralleled Sid/OV with Bird/Johnson:

Bird had success early on and beat Magic in their first head-to-head for an NBA title, but Magic ultimately won more titles over his career and had a better supporting cast.

Crosby won the Cup first and beat Ovechkin's Caps in a 7-game series last year. Time will tell if the Caps are the deeper team and will have more of less success than the Pens.
