Hmmmm, you are absolutely right, i don't know in any team ever that had a "perfect" draft. However take for instance Cincinnati, and what they did with "multiple picks"...this is a team we beat BTW.

Jessie bates 2nd S, Sam hubbard 3rd edge. 2020 joe burrow qb 1st Tee Higgins wr 2
In 2019 they hit with Jonah Williams at OT, and Jamar Chase this past draft.
I'd say there was a science to this, they weren't guessing, and multiple picks will result in quality starters.
You've got to understand Dean, that yes....this group of men are guessing, they are lazy and suck at their job.
Hence, they don't get the big picture of building a team, and they make bonehead releases of talent they actually developed. I'm sorry man, go down the street to Baltimore, and you'll see how to draft, pursue free agency and get the best out of your coaching staff.
I'm still hoping we're all wrong and the deadskins turn it around with this draft. I'd even be happy if they get it right with the first

None of the above players are ELITE. Do you know what ELITE means? Scherff was the closets to being elite and was not drafted by this regime. Neither was Ioannidis and he was released. Tmac the next closets thing to elite (not quite there yet) but do not know if this fan base will ever get to see him become elite as they have not extended him as of yet. The others have not done enough in the league to be considered Pro Bowlers let alone elite.

I agree maybe not elite, but we did hit on some players. They are not all busts. He also asks where were our hits and I named them.

BSJ might be very good, is good.
Shaka toney is average but showed flashes of being good
Brown is not good
Davis is not good
WBK, forrest, dax milne are JAG’s

Thats one very good player, and 3 good players.

I could see how you would think that.

Of course I want them to draft elite players. I think they’ve drafted a lot of productive players, which admittedly is not the same as elite players.

I guess I’m hoping they draft enough consistently good players to make the team competitive year in and year out.

They havent done that yet.
