I would rather have Belts bat right now than Poseys.

I wonder if you have Bum go 7 or 8 regardless, give the bully a day off, and make Tuesday your kitchen-sink game. This would allow Posey to sit the game. Washington has to continue to use their burnt bully AND Ramos in the game.

If the Nats had a lefty going, yes, that is exactly what Bochy would do. But Fister is a righty, so no. Plus, they have tomorrow off.

It was just a thought and may be up to Posey. But I agree with keeping Belt in the lineup.
