Great shot too, what we used to see from him - come blazing down the LW, crank up a slap shot and put it top corner. Granted he put it past their backup (Khudobin) because Bishop is on IR but a goal is a goal.
This one was a nice shot, his first goal was a lucky no look backhander that snuck through that wouldn't have happened in LA for whatever reason. Wish him well, but he kind of screwed himself here the last 2+ years and was the most expendable player based on age, contract and production to send a message, which doesn't seem to have worked.
