there is very few I would give 2 1sts for & a monster contract too all at the same time.
I wouldn't do it.

Maybe the only scenario I might is if I just missed the superbowl & the whole team was young already, then his contract wouldn't cripple signing others as their contracts needed resigning & the loss of the 1sts might not be as damaging.

but to nail me down to one answer. it would be No.

Very few. Right now, when you consider two #1's in talent and the ability to hold on to the player at a reasonable rate for years, there aren't many at all IMO. Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck, Calvin Johnson, maybe one or two others. It's hard for me to make that argument for Watt when his team won 2 games last season

The money is tough enough to justify for a Watt. Maybe for a Sherman, Patrick Peterson, Earl Thomas type you think about picks plus the cash, but watt already a chunk into his career? Pass.

We are about 6 good new players on defense from being a legit threat. The back 7 on this team is awful. Need to draft secondry and linebackers next draft. Need to find a permanent replacement for Lee,Claiborne, and Carr. The other 3 may already be on the roster. Those 7th round picks look like steals to me

We have a ton of money tied up in Lee and Carr. Jerrah and stevie are in over their heads and know squat on how to evaluate talent. Luckily the Eagles signed Asomuagha or we would still be eating his contract

If I was a GM of a top team it might be worth it because youre giving up two late 1sts. But if I was a GM of any team in the NFC East I wouldn't. THink how bad it would be to be the Skins and seeing your #2 over all pick in the 1st being handed to another team. Thats is too much pain to handle.

no way the draft is cap friendly now and 2 #1 picks are way to valuable even for a player of Watts ability. you control 2 players for 5 years on a rookie contract. I pass but that's just me

I don't own a team and have not stayed at a Holiday INN Express in about 3 months

The holiday inn comment is sarcasm for those that might be confused although Ford has done a good job of weeding the confused out
