Would love to see a major overhaul to the Bowl System

Instead of allowing the bowls to pick the teams they want, they submit how much they are willing to pay...this would determine their ranking as far as prestige...

Then have a committee determine what would be the best bowl matchups and put the best matchups in order of Bowl Prestige...

This way we could avoid games like 9-3 Oklahoma vs 7-5 Iowa

I hardly think 9-3 Oklahoma vs 7-5 Iowa is the worst bowl game. Im sure Boise State, TCU, Southern Miss etc would be happy to be playing Iowa. Bowls pick teams based on how much money they will make by inviting them. If having a 7-5 Iowa jump ahead of teams every year pisses people off then tell the other teams fans to start spending some money and it wont happen. I had no issue with the gator Bowl taking 6-6 Florida vs 6-6 Ohio State even though both those teams jumped multiple teams.
