This is a thread to post the worst trades you have ever made. My teams always end up being very good after the draft, but I have found that I really biff on trades. Here are a few of my worst.

One year I had steve slaton and willie parker (the good year slaton had) and I traded them for Philip Rivers and some flash in the pan wr half way through the year. This took me from the best team to out of the playoffs. It was like my second year playing though. Im pretty sure the guy whom I did the trade with won the league, but I cant remember that far back.

Last year I made two terrible trades, but still ended up winning both leagues. In both leagues I was incredibly deep at running back.

In one league I had Forte, McCoy, Matthews, Mendenhall, and Andre Brown (who I thought was better than he ended up being). In this league I was struggling to win the division. I had Andre Johnson, Randall Cobb (who got injured), and a bunch of garbage at wr. After Cobbs injury I was desperate for a reliable second wr. I traded LeSean McCoy for Dez Bryant. After this trade, I went undefeated and won my division at 7-6 (I was fifth altogether. I hate divisions in fantasy football, I think the four best teams should just go to the playoffs). If I had not made this trade I wouldn't have made the playoffs. Its such a bad trade, but for some how it was exactly what my team needed. However, I ended up beating the second best team in the league, then the best team in the league to win it all when I really shouldn't have even made the playoffs. This was definitely one of the most rewarding wins in fantasy football, but McCoy for Dez Bryant definitely looks like a stupid trade on the surface.

In the other league I had my super loaded team. Along with Luck, Calvin, and Demaryius, I had a plethora of good running backs, including McCoy, Lacy, Bernard, Bell, and Andre Brown (again, I thought he would be a lot better.) My defense kept screwing me over, so a friend of mine convinced me to make a trade of LeVeon Bell for the Kansas City Defense. Bell was just rotting on my bench, I didn't need a QB, I had Gonzo at tight end, and my wrs and rbs were stacked. It ended up blowing up in my face as Kansas City fell apart near the end of the year. However, I still won the league due to my incredibly stacked team.

Anyway, lets hear some more fantasy football trade blunders.

Keeper league. I needed to trim my roster so I wanted to pick up a draft pick. I had the option of trading him David Wilson or Randall Cobb.

I gave him Randall Cobb. David Wilson got a bad case of fumblitis, gets benched, then gets injured a few times, and then ultimately retires the following year. :gaah:

This was not a bad trade for me but I had another manager offer me Priest Holmes for Jeremy Shockey the next day after that preseason game where he was trucking defenders his rookie year with the Giants.

I couldn't hit the accept button hard enough on that one!

Last year I traded away Demarco Murray for Larry Fitzgerald because I had just lost Julio Jones.. It didn't end up being a bad trade in the long run, but initially it didn't pan out. I knew it was a gamble, but then Antonio Brown emerged off my bench so I didn't really end up needing Fitzgerald. Finished #3, but probably would have won my league if I hadn't traded Murray away.

A few years ago I was thin at RB and got stuck after my #2 went down. So I traded AP for Reggie Bush and Willie Parker... Fast Willie got hurt and Reggie never got going. Doh! Ended up finishing 7th in a 10 team league.

I once needed a backup rb for bye weeks. The guy had Eddie GEorge, Jerome BEttis, and the Colts young version of Marshall Faulk. He needed a Wr. I told him he could have any of my Wrs besides Irvin. I had GAlloway and mcCArdell. I took MArshall FAulk for Keenan mcCArdell. It was a keeper league.

As far as my worst trade, I traded Cutler and Brandon Jacobs for BRady. Brady was injured in the second quarter week 1. Out for season. That probably doesn't really mean a bad trade just bad luck.

I did trade Lynch for Greg Jennings in a keeper league.
