Apparently Burrell doesn't like DHing. Based on his numbers in Tampa, you gotta believe him.

I still get this odd feeling that the NL feels more manly/baseball than the AL, kinda hard to explain.

NL is definitely harder/more cerebral to manage. Double switches and all. I don't have a preference.

So if Cain is being talked about with guys like Carl Hubbell and Christy Mathewson, who is Sanchez going to be talked about with? Atlee Hammaker and Shawn Estes?

Sanchez starting to look like Estes a little. Lefty head cases.

And like Estes he'll play it out on another team.

Sanchez - agree that it's more of a mental thing that talent. I brought it up in another thread that in his first 34 starts he didn't make it to the 6th inning 16 times. That's a lot of poor starts for a starter and as stated by everyone - he has talent - just can't seem to put it all together. Living in NY for all my life (a long time) Sanchez reminds me a lot of the Mets John Matlock. A great talent but a head case. He always seemed to lose his composure when something didn't go right and then just self destructed. But, when he was on - he was amazing. Sort of reminds me of Sanchez
