With Compensatory picks in the 2017 draft being tradable, how much will that impact the draft?

Here's a link with projected comp picks for 2017 as of today. Not sure how Boykin's status with Carolina impacts this, so I'll let someone else figure that out without re-reading the fine print. Any guesses on how this might impact the upcoming 2017 draft? I know you're all ready for it...

Some notes:

  • Osweiler is likely to net a 3rd round pick for Denver- the Broncos drafting at the end of the 1st gave up a 3rd to trade up for Lynch, an obviously less expensive QB with a 5 year option. Seems likely they were thinking ahead. Shrewd move, you bastard.
  • Chase Daniel, a backup QB, is projected to net the Chiefs a 4th round pick, directly or indirectly depending on how you factor Jeff Allen who left for Houston.
  • Josh Norman is likely to net the Panthers a 3rd round pick. Is that worth the cap space and pick if you're Carolina? Feel free to debate it.
  • The Bengals, Chiefs, Browns, and Broncos are all due 4 or more compensatory draft picks. All four will net picks at least in the 4th round or better from comp picks alone.
  • The Dolphins, known lately as big spenders in FA, are actually due a 3rd and 4th round pick due to the losses of Vernon and Miller being not outweighed by acquisitions.
  • The Colts are gaining a 4th rounder for the loss of Fleener, I am almost certain that is the most valuable single comp pick they have ever had. It is also the only comp pick in the entire AFC South
  • The NFC East has no comp picks whatsoever
  • The Bengals as of now have 13 2017 picks

Denver having 5 picks in the top 100 and all of them trade-able is gonna be fun to watch.

Note: While the Browns and Bengals are over the 4 pick limit, the difference is 1-2 points tops. Basically, a rounding error.

Browns, just for a moment don't think about there past, if they hit on this years draft and next year with all the picks they could end up with the youngest bad ass team and make serious run in the play offs for years to come.

They certainly have an extremely aggressive draft strategy- I personally like what they've done outside of FA. I still think keeping some competent OL would be a good thing for whichever QB is there going forward.
