The Angel Maroni and special goggles didn't show up for the game...so BYU got worked by those hard drinking and single wife marrying heathens from up north

This was the team we all were hoping to see this year. If we play like this all year, we'll be 12-0 heading to Indy.

I assume we will face much tougher offenses down the stretch but to score 40 @ BYU with their defense if impressive. Defense makes solid adjustments it seems every week after the first series. Hell, a guy I never heard of made an interception today. This defense is stacked and we finally have 4+ weapons to throw the rock to. This is the team I expected to see this year. Taylor and Danny are every bit as good as advertised. Combine all this with Hornibrook's improvement and we have a hell of a team this year.

One game at a time folks. Next up Northwestern at home.

We can have some high expectations for this, now. However, I really have high expectations for 2018. Top 2-3 ranking if not #1.

BTW, I picked Wisconsin to go 12-0 regular season. I still like that number.

It depends on next year's class which I see no big time play makers like this year's class. Also we lose Dixon, a couple D linemen, Edwards, Peavy, and Fum. Too early to tell at the moment for me.

IDK, we always have a game where we under perform. With that being said our C game might be enough to win many of these games on our schedule. Northwestern, Nebraska, Illinois, and Indiana look like cupcakes. Purdue, Minnesota and Maryland look like average teams. Michigan looks like a solid team with no QB or consistent skilled players.

Next man up. Clark, Taylor and Horni all back. It's a start.

I like the offense returning but the defense, especially the line will be a ?. I do like that Loudermilk Freshmen. Dude is a monster at 6'7" 310 lbs playing DE. He looks like an NFL player against high school kids.

Good game. The offense moved the ball at will and the defense started out a little shaky but made some adjustments and settled down.

Without quality opponents on the schedule UW's ranking won't change much unless several upsets occur and UW keeps winning by a large margin.
