From what I gather it was more than that. He made it a spectucal and was standing on a table yelling it over and over. Lude and obscene behavior in public seems to be the more appropriate accusation rather than simply "cursing in public".

His name is Sean Maguire. Extremely good at running(Ran a wing T offense in high school), has a big arm, and did very well with the 1's in the Spring Game and practice. So look for a lot of option offense, base runs, screens, and short throws. Not too many down the field shots.
