If I remember correctly, Chelios cried (or close to it) when he was traded from Chicago to Detroit. Its not like he had demanded a trade. It sounds like it was only the vocal minority that were booing him but that's all people are going to remember.

I guess the one bright spot in all of this is that its a sign that the Wings/Hawks rivalry is back and still as hot as ever.
